With the rapid iteration of 5G communication, military electronics, and smart healthcare industries, electromagnetic interference protection and stable conductive sensing have become common industry requirements. Recently, our company has independently optimized a silver rhombus grid pattern, which, thanks to its structural innovation and stable physicochemical properties, provides a new solution for the localization of functional textile materials in many fields such as electromagnetic shielding, medical therapy, and smart wearables.
This product uses nylon elastic fabric as a carrier and employs a vacuum silver plating process to construct an interlaced rhombus grid conductive path. Unlike traditional plain-weave silver fiber fabrics with their single-point conductivity limitations, this achieves three-dimensional omnidirectional conductivity in the warp, weft, and diagonal directions, significantly improving conductivity continuity. The rhombus grid not only strengthens the adhesion of the silver layer but also ensures that the conductivity decay rate is controlled within 20% after repeated bending and washing.
In the medical industry, it serves as the electrode substrate for medium-frequency physiotherapy devices, providing uniform and stable current output. It is widely used in conductive lumbar supports and pulse massage wearable products. In the industrial sector, it can be composited with foam to create conductive sealing foam, and its applications extend to areas such as wiring harness shielding for new energy vehicles, RFID anti-theft signal blocking, ECG monitoring smart clothing, and anti-static cleanroom workwear.
