Application Areas

1. Excellent Conductivity: Due to the presence of copper, the surface resistance of the conductive cloth is extremely low, typically below 0.08Ω/□, and even below 0.03Ω/□. This allows it to conduct current very effectively, achieving electromagnetic shielding and electrostatic discharge.

2. Highly Effective Electromagnetic Shielding: This material provides excellent shielding performance exceeding 85dB across a wide frequency range from 100kHz to 3GHz, attenuating over 99.99% of electromagnetic waves. It prevents internal electronic components from radiating interference and protects equipment from external electromagnetic interference.

3. Good Physical and Chemical Stability: The outer layer of nickel gives the material excellent oxidation and corrosion resistance, while also providing a certain degree of wear resistance. Some high-end products also undergo special resin treatment on the surface, giving them anti-oxidation, anti-fingerprint, and even waterproof and stain-resistant capabilities.

4: Lightweight, soft, and easy to process: Conductive fabric retains the original flexibility and drape of the textile substrate. It is thin and lightweight (typically between 0.02mm and 0.25mm thick), making it easy to cut, die-cut, and sew. It can be processed into various shapes according to specific needs.
